Membership Types
Privileged Membership
The Priviledged membership will be given only to the original allottee, who has purchased an unit in Devasthali Township, Ramnagar Road, Kashipur through JVPL(Real Estate Division)
Permanent Club Membership
The Permanent Club Membership will be given to an individual who is married and has attained the age of 18 years as deemed fit by the Club management.
Annual/Temporary Membership
The Annual membership/Temporary Membership will be given only for a year.
Corporate Membership
The Corporate Membership will be given to the corporate and their employees. The duration of corporate membership shall be 3 years.
Senior Citizen Membership
The Senior Citizen Membership will be given to people above 60 years of age.
Single Membership
Single Membership will be for separated/widow/widower only.
Special Opening Offer
2 Siblings/ family members
For 1st sibling/family member, the membership will be at full price & for 2nd sibling/family member, the membership will be at 25% discount.
3 Or more siblings/ family members (single time)
25% discount on applicable membership amount.
Terms & Conditions
- GST shall be payable along with respective installment and is mandatory by law.
- Membership is non-transferable.
- Cheque/DD to be made in favour of "Devasthali Developers Pvt. Ltd.” payable at Kashipur.
- Dependent children are defined as unmarried children up to the age of 18 years.
- Booking is subject to detailed terms and conditions as given in application form and the by-laws of The club.
- The Club reserves the right to accept of cancel any application without assigning any reason whatsoever.
- Price at which a membership will be booked will remain final. In addition, price can be revised at whole discretion of the management without prior notice.
- All the fees as mentioned above, either in the event of resignation, suspension, termination from the Club or death of the member, are non-refundable.
- The management of the Club has the sole discretion to fix monthly charges for use of various facilities, annual charges for maintenance of club and charge of food, beverages, liquor etc for members, dependents & guests. Additionally, the management of the Club has the sole discretion revise any OR all of them from time to time.
- The Club cum Hotel (adjacent to Devasthali Township) is an independent entity and is not a part of Devasthali Township. The Club Cum Hotel will be owned, run and maintained by M/s Devasthali Developers Pvt. Ltd. or its sister concerns. The Devasthali Resident Welfare Society or any other entity will not have any interest whatsoever in the the Club cum Hotel.
- Membership of the Club is by invitation only and is open to married persons or above 18 years of age and at the sole discretion of the Club Management. Persons seeking membership to the Club are required to make applications in the forms prescribed from time to time and pay the amounts specified in those forms, Management of the Club has the absolute right to accept or reject any application for membership without assigning any reason and the applicant will have no right to challenge the decision of the Management.
